We don't just use AI — we build with it
Every Nova system is custom-built from scratch using Claude Code and live AI models. No templates. No drag-and-drop platforms. Real engineering, in-house, written specifically for your business.
There are two kinds of AI agencies in Dubai right now. The first kind opens an account on a no-code automation platform, drags some blocks around, charges you a monthly fee, and renames it "custom AI." The second kind actually writes code — versioned, tested, reviewed, deployed to infrastructure they control — using AI as part of the toolchain. Nova is the second kind. The difference shows up the moment something needs to change.
Our build stack is Claude Code, the Anthropic CLI for writing software, paired with the latest frontier models from Anthropic and OpenAI for the runtime layer. Claude Code is not a chatbot we paste prompts into. It is a coding agent that reads our codebase, writes the diff, runs the tests, and ships the change — under the supervision of an engineer who reviews every line. That workflow lets us deliver custom software in days where a traditional dev shop quotes weeks, and it lets us iterate on a deployed system in hours where a no-code platform forces you to wait for the next vendor release.
The implication for clients is concrete. When your business changes — new product, new pricing, new market — your Nova system changes the same week. A chatbot trained on last month's catalogue can have today's catalogue ingested and re-tested before lunch. A workflow that worked perfectly until a third-party API changed can be patched and redeployed the same afternoon. There is no "we don't support that on our plan" conversation because the system is yours, the code is yours, and the team that wrote it is still the team that maintains it.
The in-house part matters too. Nova does not outsource builds to a freelancer in another timezone, glue the output together with a project manager, and hand you a deliverable nobody on the team understands. Every system is built by the same small engineering team that runs the agency. The person who wrote your code is the person who answers when something breaks — no triage layer, no offshore handoff, no "we'll need to check with the dev team and get back to you on Sunday."
This also makes the pricing work. The one-time build menu on our pricing page lists fixed prices well below the Dubai market average, and we can quote those numbers honestly because Claude Code compresses the labour cost without compressing the quality. You are not paying for a dev shop with twelve people on the bench. You are paying for an engineering team that has built tooling around modern AI coding agents, ships fast, and owns the result. The savings get passed to you, not pocketed.
If you have ever been burned by an agency that disappeared mid-project, or a no-code "solution" that broke the day the platform updated, this is the antidote. Custom code, written by humans using AI as a power tool, owned by you from day one, maintainable by the same team that built it. That is the Nova standard — and it is why we will never describe our work as "drag-and-drop."
