How Nova Agency collects, uses, and protects data — on our website, our concierge chatbot, and the custom AI products we build for clients.
Who we are
Welcome to Nova Agency ("we," "our," or "us"). Nova Agency is a B2B AI-powered marketing and development agency operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and process information when you visit our website, engage our services, or interact with our website concierge chatbot (powered by Cloudflare Workers AI + Llama 3.1 8B).
For the privacy frameworks governing the software, custom chatbots, and AI products we build for our clients, see Section 4 — Client-Deliverable Data Architecture.
Data we collect
We process basic personal data necessary to execute business operations, marketing campaigns, and service deliveries:
Identity & contact data
Names, corporate emails, phone numbers, and company names provided through intake forms.
Technical & usage data
IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns recorded when interacting with our site.
Concierge chatbot data
Inputs, queries, and prompts entered into our website chat widget are processed via Cloudflare Workers AI using the Llama 3.1 8B infrastructure. Sessions are processed dynamically; we do not retain or sell your inputs, and they are not used to train public foundational AI models.
Raw conversational inputs processed by our website concierge chatbot are cached purely for session stability and are automatically and permanently deleted within thirty (30) days, in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 retention transparency requirements.
Workstation & IDE data handling
All Nova Agency development and engineering workstations operate on macOS environments protected by FileVault 2 full-disk encryption at rest.
Local IDE caches
Source code, configuration keys, and client project data processed inside our IDEs — primarily Visual Studio Code, and occasionally Claude Code — live entirely within these encrypted volumes.
Development AI protocols
When leveraging AI tools for local code engineering, we use Claude on a Pro plan configuration with the conversation-training toggle strictly disabled ("Use my conversations to improve Claude" set to OFF). Your source files, schemas, and proprietary marketing workflows are not ingested into Anthropic's public model training loops.
Client-deliverable data architecture
When Nova Agency designs, develops, and deploys custom AI tools — including RAG assistants, custom chatbots, and voice agents — for clients, the data processing pipeline is governed strictly by the client's chosen architecture:
Cloudflare Workers AI
Deployed solutions utilising Llama 3.1 8B run inside containerised serverless workflows; data routing obeys the parameters set by the client's chosen cloud nodes.
Commercial third-party APIs
Systems integrated with OpenAI or Anthropic cloud infrastructure process user prompts in alignment with those third-party platform rules. Where Llama is the underlying model, the mandatory "Built with Llama" attribution is included per the Meta Llama 3.1 Community License Agreement.
Client-hosted infrastructure (on-premises)
Where specified by contract, products are engineered to run completely within the client's internal servers. Nova Agency retains zero access, visibility, or secondary storage privileges over end-user data flowing through these custom systems post-deployment.
Rights & contact
In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection and DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020, you have the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your data.
